Garage: Oversized two car garage with plenty of room for storage. The garage was designed to accommodate the largest model Toyota Tundra truck that was available at the time. There is room on one side for storage your garbage cans, lawn mower, etc. There is also space available for a workbench or a steel saferoom. The garage also features a polyurea finish for appearance, durability, and ease of cleaning.

Entryway: The home features an isolated entryway which helps the Oklahoma wind from blowing through the house when the front door is opened. Instead of a coat closet, the entryway has a coat room which provides space to place a bench so visitors can sit down and remove their shoes or boots.

Water Closet: The home includes a water closet off the garage. This room contains the hot water heater, whole house water filter, water softener, and an oxidizer which helps remove metals from the water — such as iron.
